A 19-year-old man, Abba Yusuf, has allegedly killed his 60-year-old father, Alhaji Dahiru Yusuf Maileather, in Sarkin-Noma area of Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.
An eyewitness told DAILY POST that the incident happened over the weekend at about 8:30 a.m. in Sarkin-Noma when Dahiru Yusuf was stabbed to death by his son.
The elder brother of the deceased, Alhaji Nuhu Muhammed Bala, who confirmed the incident, said he was at his residence when a sister called him about the tragic event.
