The Borno State Police Command said it has successfully recovered eight unexploded ordnance (UXOs) in Dala and Gwange areas of Maiduguri.
The Command in a statement issued on Saturday by the Deputy Public Relations Officer, ASP Grace Michael, said that the recoveries were made on November 22, 2024, after reports of suspicious objects in the affected areas.
Michael explained that the first incident occurred at approximately 8:43 am in the Dala-Abuja Talakawa area.
