A National Youth Service Corp member sparks laughter online as he shares how he communicates with his turkeys at his Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).
The corper shared a video on his TikTok, @cicadar, of how he arrived at his PPA, mimicking the sounds of the turkeys and they all responded.
He noted that it was part of his primary duties assigned to him by the NYSC. He captioned the video: “PPA of the year. nothing wey my eyes never see.”
