The Akwa Ibom State Police Command said it has neutralized one Ubong Archibong alias condiment- a dreaded Kidnap Kingpin/ Sea Pirate terrorizing Uruan/Oron waterways of the state.
It said the suspect was neutralized during a gun battle with operatives of the Command in his hideout at Uyanga Community in Cross River State.
