The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFFC) have denied having the former Governor of Kogi State Yahaya Bello, in its custody.
The EFCC spokesman, Dele Oyewale in a statement on Wednesday disclosed that the former governor is not in its custody, maintaining that he remains a wanted man.
