The Chief Magistrate Court 3 sitting in Yola has discharged the Acting Registrar, College for Legal Studies, Yola, Adamawa State, Musa Chiroma, after paying N1 million as damages for assaulting a female lecturer, Barr. Fadimatu Musa.
The Registrar also paid N80,000 as cost of prosecution, written apology and undertaken not to victimise the plaintiff nor assault her again.
