A part of Kwara State High Court Complex in Ilorin was on Sunday night gutted by fire.
LEADERSHIP gathered that the fire incident, which occurred some minutes after 8.00pm, originated from an air conditioner as a result of power surge.
Though, the fire destroyed Courtroom No. 10, the swift response of the men of the Kwara State Fire Service prevented it from spreading to other courtrooms and offices.
The spokesman of the State Fire Service, Hassan Adekunle, confirmed the incident.
