The All Progressive Congress, APC, has rubbished the Rivers State local government election and its outcome, insisting that no election was held in the state.
Henzodaily reports that the local government election conducted by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, has apparently triggered more crises in the state.
