The Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has declared Monday, October 7, 2024, a public holiday for teachers in the state.
The decision was disclosed in a statement released through the state Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Sa’adatu Moddibo Kawu, in honour of World Teachers’ Day (WTD).
