The Police Command in Delta State has apprehended a suspected kidnapper and recovered a Beretta pistol from him.
A statement by the command’s spokesman, SP Bright Edafe, made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Warri, said that the suspect was arrested on Saturday.
He said that the command’s operatives on special assignment led by ASP Julius Robinson initially mistook the suspect for a fraudster, but further investigation allegedly connected him to cases of kidnapping.
