In a swift operation, the Anambra State Police Command has successfully rescued six sports journalists who were abducted by suspected criminals in the Isseke community, located within Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State.
Henzodaily earlier reported that the journalists were traveling to Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, to cover the Nigeria vs. Libya African Cup of Nations qualifier when they were ambushed and kidnapped on Wednesday while passing through the Isseke-Orlu Road.
