Reports have emerged that the Comptroller-General of Immigration Service, Kemi Nana Nandap, was given an express appointment for an 18-month period by President Bola Tinubu.
Henzodaily reports that this is contrary to the reports by Western Post which earlier reported that her tenure may have expired at the expiration of her 35 years in service last Thursday.
According to sources, Mrs. Nandap’s retirement became effective on Thursday, October 9, 2024, after completing 35 years of service.
