Power has been restored to parts of the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) service areas after a major outage on Monday evening, which affected several regions across Nigeria.
The disruption, caused by a national grid collapse, impacted areas such as Dei-Dei, Suleja, Lugbe, Kuje, and surrounding locations.
Electricity supply was restored to some of these areas by around 5:15 a.m. on Tuesday, easing concerns for residents affected by the blackout.
