The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has suspended actress Halima Abubakar following a thorough investigation into her “unprofessional misconduct” by spreading unfounded rumours of extramarital affairs between actors and notable Nigerians.
In a statement released on Friday, the Guild said Halima was found guilty of “spreading false information about fellow members, associates, and patrons, including allegations of extramarital affairs with highly placed individuals”.
