CHELSEA legend Frank Lampard has been touted as a potential candidate to take over as Roma manager.
Lampard, 46, has been a free agent ever since 2023 when he underwent a short stint as the Blues’ caretaker boss.
And according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the ex-Everton boss could return to management by joining Roma.
The Giallorossi may soon be needing a new manager after Sunday’s 3-2 loss at Verona.
