Air Peace has reacted to a report of fraud charges by the U.S. Department of Justice against its Chief Executive Officer, Allen Onyema, and Chief of Finance/Administration, Mrs Ejiro Eghagha.
The airline, in a statement on Sunday, said the matter was in court, stressing that it understands the development may have raised concerns and wished to address these reports directly.
According to the statement, the charges are part of an extended legal process stemming from earlier accusations of financial misdeeds that date back several years.
