Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has approved the sum of N75,000 as the minimum wage for civil servant in the state.
Henzodaily reports that Governor Idris signed the state minimum wage edict into law on Wednesday.
It was gathered that national officials from the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) were present during the signing.
Meanwhile, Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State has also announced a new minimum wage of N80,000 for employees of the Akwa Ibom State government.
