Greek-born Nigerian professional basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo’s youngest brother, Alex, has joined Montenegrin basketball side, Kosarkaski klub Podgorica.

The club, which competes in Montenegro’s local league and the ABA League 2, announced Alex Antetokounmpo arrival on Saturday, August 17, on its website.

Alex played for Mazeikiai in Lithuania last season, where he averaged 8.3 points in 12 games.

He started the season with the Wisconsin Herd in the NBA G League, where he made 34 appearances and scored 204 points, including 23 three-pointers.

Throughout his career, he has played in the NBA Summer League for Sacramento and Raptors 905. After arriving from America in 2020, he played in Spain for UCAM Murcia.

Alex is the shortest of the Antetokounmpo brothers, despite his imposing 203-centimeter (6 ft 8 in) height.
