The Nigerian Army has condemned the torture of an ex-soldier, retired Cpl. Toriola Adewale, by members of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
The Director, Army Public Relations, Maj.-Gen. Onyema Nwachukwu, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday in Abuja.
