Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has delivered a tribute to late Prof. Humphrey Nwosu, the seventh Chairman of Nigeria’s national electoral body.
Nwosu passed away in October 2024.
