Delta State House of Assembly, Tuesday, confirmed the appointment of Mr Ottos Aghoghophia as the substantive Clerk of the State Legislature.
The confirmation followed a motion to that effect by the Majority Leader, Hon Emeka Nwaobi, seconded by the Minority Leader, Hon Edafe Emakpor and adopted during plenary of the House, presided over by the Speaker, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor.
