Rangers manager Philippe Clement has showered encomium on Cyriel Dessers following the forward’s impressive performance against Dynamo Kiev.
The Nigeria international rescued a draw for the Light Blues in Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League qualifying round tie against the Ukrainian champions at the Lublin Arena.
Andriy Yarmolenko gave Dynamo Kiev the lead on 38 minutes.
Dessers however netted the equaliser deep into stoppage time.

Clement has defended Dessers several times in the face constant criticism over his performance.
“If you compare him to seven months ago, he does much more for the team,” Clement told the BBC.
“Maybe people have a perception of him, but I know that no defenders like to play against him. He’s only growing. That’s what we want.”
The overall winners of the tie will face either Salzburg or Twente in the playoff round.
