The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has rescued a driver whose fully loaded truck overturned while trying to manoeuvre at a high speed. The General Manager of LASTMA, Mr Olalekan Bakare-Oki, said this in a statement on Thursday in Lagos State.
