A SCOTTISH hi-tech boss who was a star of TV’s Dragon’s Den is to face trial accused of masked stalking.
Brian Smillie Jr is accused of engaging in a course of conduct which caused Kelly Johnstone, described on court papers as his partner or ex-partner, fear and alarm.
