Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has approved the appointment of Osiobughie Oyase Okhuemoi as his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity and official spokesperson.
Henzodaily reports that this was made known in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor.
