Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF) has donated N200 million to the Borno government to alleviate the suffering of the recent flood disaster in Maiduguri, state capital.
The donation was announced in a statement on Saturday after a high-profile commiseration visit to the Borno Government in Maiduguri.
