The Katsina State police command has apprehended a 24-year-old man, Usman Mohammed Iyal, who disclosed how he raped a 16-year-old girl and threw her into a well at Ambassadors Quarters, Katsina State.
The suspect, while giving reason for his action, claimed that he threw the teenager in the well to conceal his identity.
