All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje responded to the Federal High Court of Abuja’s decision regarding a lawsuit demanding his ouster from office.
Gistreel recalls that Justice Inyang Ekwo dismissed the lawsuit on Monday that sought to remove Ganduje from the position of national chairman of the ruling party.
Under Saleh Zazzaga’s leadership, the North Central APC Forum filed the lawsuit, which is designated FHC/ABJ/CS/599/2024.
