Police in Jigawa State have arrested an 18-year-old boy, Khamisu Ibrahim, over the alleged rape of a three-year-old girl in Malam Madori Local Government Area of the state.
The spokesman for the command, DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, confirmed the arrest in a statement issued to DAILY POST.
