The Presidency has refuted claims that Nigeria was snubbed in the recent United Nations (UN) Human Rights Council election.
The clarification comes in response to viral reports suggesting Nigeria’s exclusion from the council.
According to the Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, “contrary to information circulating, Nigeria was not snubbed in this election, as some reports have falsely claimed.”
