The Nigerian government through the Accountant General of the Federation, Oluwatoyin Madein has issued fresh guidelines for the exclusion of third-party research grant funds of Federal Universities and Research Institutions from the Treasury Single Account, TSA.
This was disclosed in a statement by Bawa Mokwa, the spokesperson of the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation.
The Accountant-General, Madein said the new guidelines would be implemented immediately.
