Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 19-year-old man for allegedly killing a newborn in Mubi North Local Government Area of the state.
Adamawa Police Command Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Nguroje, disclosed this in a statement, in Yola, on Saturday.
