DRIVERS face rush hour chaos after a five-car pile up on a busy motorway caused seven miles of queues – with “severe” delays.
National Highways said: “M60 clockwise within J1 near Stockport – the outside lane of three lanes is closed due to a five-vehicle collision.

“North West Motorway Police are at the scene. Delays of almost 45 minutes, seven miles of congestion back to J23 Audenshaw.
“Vehicle recovery is en route.”
