The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Friday denied claims of threatening workers in Imo State or imposing a one-month lockdown.
IPOB was reacting to reports that the Imo State Police Commissioner, Alhaji Aboki Danjuma, claimed that it issued a threat to shut down the state’s workers’ secretariat for one month.
Emma Powerful, the spokesman for IPOB, challenged the Police Commissioner to provide evidence where IPOB threatened Imo State workers or imposed a one-month lockdown.
