The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) has disclosed that a man was found dead on a railway track after being hit by a train on Monday. LASEMA’s Permanent Secretary, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, made this known in a statement in Lagos.
