Popular Nigerian Netizen, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan has now testified before the House of Representatives panel investigating bribery allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) on Monday.
