Controversial Nigerian social media personality, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan appeared before the House of Representatives panel investigating bribery allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) on Monday.
